Refund Policy

1. Overview

Kartally is a multi-vendor marketplace. Each Vendor may have their own return policy.

2. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned if:

• Product is defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Product damaged in transit

3. Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods
• Customized products
• Personal care items

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after product inspection
• Amount is credited within 5–10 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment
• After shipping, cancellation may not be possible

7. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for:

• Product quality
• Return approval
• Refund processing

8. Dispute Resolution

Kartally may intervene in disputes between Users and Vendors.
